Your Cashback remains Pending until Retailers return period over which may be upto 30 days.
After the return period is over, the retailer pays us in the next month's payment cycle, once we get the commission from the retailer, we confirm your Cashback immediately. This process may take anywhere between 8-12 weeks.
Click History section shows all the shops you have visited using HitCashback.com in the last 30 days with each click having a Unique Shoping trip number.
Recent Transactions shows your actual purchases made at the shops for clicked shopping trip number, Confirmed by Shops(within 48 hours) along with the Cashback amount.
- Pending status means Shopping trip(Click) was successfully tracked
- Confirmed status means you can withdraw your Cashback
- Declined cashback status means that the cashback has been denied by the retailer
Once you make a purchase at the retailer's website using HitCashback.com, your cashback will be tracked within 48 hours and shown as Pending under Recent Transactions of your account.
Until the retailer verifies your transaction to be genuine and valid and you have not Returned purchased product, the status remains as Pending.
Once Retailer Confirms us, we approve your cashback.This takes 8-10 weeks.
It happen that Your Cashback may be Declined due to any of the following reasons:
- The purchase was returned/cancelled or updated
- You didn't comply with the terms and conditions of the retailer
- A voucher code or gift code was used
- You didn't clear your cookies before you made your purchase
- Retailers do not provide us any specific reason for the same. The retailer holds sole discretion in confirming/declining cashback.In that case we declined cashback.
Cashback is guranteed until, the retailer Confirm that the purchase is tracked, genuine and not returned/cancelled.
Using a Coupon, Gift Voucher, Gift Card, Gift Certificate or Store Credit may void your cashback.

Missing Cashback request can be filed only after 72 hours. For this You need to login to your account and click "Missing cashback" under your account. Missing cashback request must be filed within 30 days of purchase made.
